How to Make the Melon Bellini
Place the pulp from 3 melon pieces into a mixing glass and muddle
2 tablespoons lime juice
Pour in 0.75 oz of honey syrup and 5 oz of champagne
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and stir
Finely strain into a chilled flute glass
Garnish with a melon slice
